Physical, biogeochemical and bio-optical products derived from measurements acquired by the autonomous BGC-Argo profiling float WMO 3902641. This dataset provides products derived from 0-800 m profiles acquired by the autonomous BGC-Argo float WMO 3902641 (National Research Council- CNR, Institute of Marine Sciences - ISMAR) across the Adriatic Sea (Mediterranean Sea), since May 2025. This float is equipped with a set of sensors for measuring essential ocean, climate and biodiversity variables.  The data were collected and made freely available by the International Argo Program and the national programs that contribute to it (https://argo.ucsd.edu (external link)https://www.ocean-ops.org) (external link). The Argo Program is part of the Global Ocean Observing System. All data collected are also publicly available in near real-time via the Global Data Assembly Center (Global Data Assembly Centres (GDAC)) - Coriolis (France) after automated quality control (www.seanoe.org/data/00311/42182) (external link). The dataset of derived products contains, for each profile acquired by the BGC-Argo float from 0 to 800-m depth, a Network Common Data Format (NetCDF) file containing the following quantities: the Mixed layer depth, the Euphotic Depth and profiles of the Potential Density and the Particulate Organic Carbon concentration (POC). POC is computed from quality-controlled optical particulate backscattering measurements at the wavelength of 700 nm and quality-controlled chlorophyll-a concentration according to Koestner et al. (2022, doi:10.3389/fmars.2022.941950).  Photosynthetically Available Radiation (PAR) is estimated from Seabird OCR504 multispectral radiometric data measured at 380 nm, 443 nm, 490 nm and 555 nm  by applying the algorithm of Pitarch et  al (2025, doi:10.1002/lom3.10673). PAR is then quality-controlled following the algorithm described in La Forgia and Organelli (2025, doi:10.1002/lom3.10701). The Euphotic depth is estimated as the depth at which the PAR reaches the 1% of its value just below the sea surface, according to Kirk (1994, doi:10.1017/CBO9780511623370). Before the computation of the euphotic depth, PAR profiles have been quality-controlled for cloud effects and wave focusing according to Organelli et al. (2016, doi:10.1175/JTECH-D-15-0193.1). The dataset of derived products is continuously updated in near-real-time as soon as new profiles are available. Physical, biogeochemical and bio-optical products derived from measurements acquired by the autonomous BGC-Argo profiling float WMO 6990684. This dataset provides products derived from 0-2000 m profiles acquired by the autonomous BGC-Argo float WMO 6990684 (National Research Council- CNR, Institute of Marine Sciences - ISMAR) across the Tyrrhenean Sea (Mediterranean Sea), since July 2025. The dataset of derived products contains, for each profile acquired by the BGC-Argo float from 0 to 2000-m depth, a Network Common Data Format (NetCDF) file containing the following quantities: the Mixed layer depth, the Euphotic Depth and profiles of the Potential Density and the Particulate Organic Carbon concentration (POC). POC is computed from quality-controlled optical particulate backscattering measurements at the wavelength of 700 nm and quality-controlled chlorophyll-a concentration according to Koestner et al. (2022, doi:10.3389/fmars.2022.941950), Quality-controlled Photosynthetically Available Radiation (PAR) is computed by integrating the downwelling irradiance signal in the range 400 nm - 700 nm measured by the TrIOS Ramses hyperspectral radiometer for the downwelling irradiance and it is quality-controlled following the algorithm described in La Forgia and Organelli (2025, doi:10.1002/lom3.10701).
